Yes! We can cut any shape you need. Simply upload your design and we'll cut around it precisely. Complex shapes may require vector artwork for the cleanest cuts.

Vinyl stickers are waterproof, UV-resistant, and suitable for outdoor use. Paper stickers are more economical but only suitable for indoor use and can't handle moisture. We primarily use vinyl for durability.

We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS files. For best results, provide vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) at 300 DPI or higher. If you're unsure about your file, just upload it and we'll let you know if any adjustments are needed.

There's no minimum order! You can order as few as 1 sticker. However, pricing per unit decreases with larger quantities, so ordering more is more economical.

Yes! For custom orders, we can match Pantone colors or specific hex codes. Please note that colors may vary slightly between screen display and print output. We recommend ordering a proof for exact color matching.

Standard production is 3-5 business days. Rush orders (1-2 business days) are available for an additional fee. Custom or large orders may require additional time—we'll confirm timing when you place your order.

We ship throughout the United States via USPS and UPS. We currently don't offer international shipping, but we're working on expanding our delivery options.

Shipping is calculated based on your order size and destination. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental US. You'll see exact shipping costs at checkout.

Yes! We offer Priority and Express shipping options at checkout. Combined with rush production, you can receive your order in as little as 3-4 business days.

Clean the surface thoroughly with rubbing alcohol and let dry. Peel the backing, position the sticker, and apply from one edge to avoid bubbles. Use a squeegee or credit card to smooth out air bubbles. For large decals, use the wet application method.

Our stickers are designed for permanent application and may not be reusable once removed. If you need repositionable stickers, let us know when ordering and we can use a removable adhesive.

Heat the sticker with a hair dryer to soften the adhesive, then slowly peel at a 45-degree angle. Use Goo Gone or rubbing alcohol to remove any remaining residue. Take extra care on painted surfaces.

Avoid high-pressure washing directly on stickers. Clean gently with soap and water. The UV-resistant coating handles sunlight well, but parking in shade when possible will maximize longevity.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on custom orders. However, if there's a defect or error on our part, we'll reprint your order at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll work with the shipping carrier and either reship your order or provide a full refund.

If your order hasn't entered production, we can usually make changes. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
